Dank is the kindest – the best marijuana that you can find. You can tell that a marijuana plant will be dank just by taking a close look at it. However, your nose will tell you the marijuana plants your about to gaze upon is the best weed.

How to get weed

You can find the dank in any town that has decriminalized or even where is marijuana legal. Most people in those communities will be growing their own. Its no surprise really as the Hemp plant has been a cash crop of the Untied States since it’s inception. If you live in America – you’ll know how to get weed, and where to find the dank.

If you don’t have medical clearance for your marijuana addiction, you can still score the best weed around. It’s silly that there are laws prohibiting marijuana in the United States. And there isn’t a politician on the face of this planet that can explain it away. You wont have to wait very much longer. You will be able to go to a marijuana store – perhaps even a liquor store will carry it. Whatever the deal is – it needs to hurry.

Types of Marijuana

There are many different strains or types of marijuana you can buy. And the cost of marijuana is still pricy. This holds very true for dank marijuana. Be prepared to pay $100 – $125 USD for ¼ ounce of weed. Of course, there are breaks for bigger quantities, and will very between how dank or schwag it is. If a marijuana strain has the name Kush in it – and the budtender refers to it as some dank stuff – the price of a quarter might be out of range for some. Luckily they will also sell it to you by the joint. You can stretch your joint out to at least 2 stones for a couple of dollars.

The Best Weed – Dank

Diggity Dank! You have scored my friend. If your weed looks like this, everyone wants to be your friend. You’ve got some mad skills. You can plainly see the sugar leaf. This leaf shows you what the buds hold deep. Appropriately named, the sugar leaf is nothing more then the trichomes stretching from the leaf. When these lovely ladies turn a golden brown, it’s time to harvest the best marijuana – the diggity dank.

I hope everyone one day will be able to exercise true freedom from government oppression everywhere. It’s silly and downright stupid to keep this lovely marijuana plant illegal. Damn every last government lie to keep their drug war afloat.

Most people who smoke medical marijuana will let you know their definition of what excellent weed is. Often some kind of story that begins “ Oh , this one time I was so high ….” ;nevertheless it is hard to say what’s subjective or situational in these stories . In other words ,exactly where the truth ends and also the tale begins. People have their preferences Indica or Sativa and some even have a choose strain that they swear by. There are cannabis cups and magazines that line up the top medical marijuana and even break down the percentage of THC. Don’t forget the hundreds of dispensaries and caregiver’s that claim that they’ve “the best” Mary Jane. Even though you can find so many sources saying exactly the same factor, it seems you can find too numerous distinct variables that make it difficult to obtain set standards for grading and judging Weed. So how can you make the best choice when picking your pot?

What is Mary Jane

Every single strain of Cannabis is produced up of its own unique cannabinoid profile. Growers have carried out selective cross pollination to control the genetics of Pot plants and modify their cannabinoid profile. There have been a lot of efforts to observe the cannabinoid profile of cannabis more than time but the accuracy of those efforts are restricted because of Weed getting deemed illegal in many countries. Understanding fundamental strain lineage as well as the differences in between Indica and Sativa can be a great commence to obtaining the stain using the cannabinoid profile that fits your private demands.

Test For Pot

Relying 100% on Mary Jane lab test outcomes just isn’t the most effective way to find fantastic Marijuana. As THC degenerates the CBN’s are steadily increasing altering cannabinoids and developing a various sort of cannabinoid profile that is not consistent to the lab results that have been supplied. So if your caregiver has supplied you with lab results that are older than a couple of days you’ll be able to bet they’re no longer relevant.

Understanding what to look for and what you’re looking at can make obtaining excellent Bud a great deal less complicated! Opinions come from the left and also the correct; but the question remains “what is it we’re searching at”? Everybody loves Marijuana’s visual appeal and how it sparkles in all of its glory! Part of picking the top buds is selecting the prettiest. Some people count the crystals or tri-combs deeming the strain using the most, the very best. Make sure you genuinely know what you’re searching at as powdered mildew and left more than spider mite nests are frequently mistaken for extra tri-combs. Take an extra minute to look more than the buds to make sure they’re as they initial appeared to be. Purple buds may also be misleading to individuals with out proper expertise and understanding. The most widespread sort of purple Marijuana located is a direct result of not properly regulating the temperature in the grow environment. Especially, when the Grass plants are allowed to obtain too cold during their flowering cycle. Medical marijuana also can develop purple pigmentation when they’re allowed to mature too long. Letting plants over mature causes the red chlorophyll inside the plant to become far more dominant as the green dies off. Do a background check of the strain’s profile prior to writing it off as just a grower’s mistake as you can find purple phenotypes which are naturally discovered in some strains and make for a wonderful high.

The cure is among the biggest blunders growers fall victim to and the jury is out “does this impact potency”? “Yes”, it most certainty does according to many of the leading growers within the industry! Curing lets the plant continue to dry slowly releasing moisture and allowing the cannibinoids to turn into psychoactive. Hang drying for a slow remedy process evaporates 70-75% water out of the plant. Keep in mind no one wants super dried out Pot either, there ought to often be about 10-15% moisture left within the weed. Speedy drying or swift curing can result in an unpleasant experience. Speedy curing methods including oven-drying traps the chlorophyll’s, starches, and nitrates inside the plant’s cells producing your Weed burn unevenly and taste awful or “green”. Swift cured Mary Jane may also be generally confused for an un-flushed harvest, which can lead to similar smoking concerns but from chemicals that had been not flushed out throughout the final stages of flower. Bottom line is an improper cure can cause degradation towards the cannabinoids, growing CBN’s and producing it potentially harder to smoke.

Curing Weed

Growers may possibly have began having a lovely crop but by the time it gets towards the shelf, where may be the smell? You’ll know an excellent cure once you smell one! Plain and simple, properly cured weed is the type you are able to smell through a bag! It is key when sniffing out the most effective buds to don’t forget that most strains have their very own signature smell. Be wary of shops where all of the Bud smells exactly the same. When all of the buds smell alike it’s a confident way to note a poor curing job and it truly is common in these situations that when one is completed wrong they all are! The moisture and feel of the Weed will constantly follow a great smell in a proper cure, making for great smoke.

In essence understanding excellent pot, is realizing your self and what it’s going to take for you to get that ideal smoke. It’s not the same for everyone and it never is going to be. The combinations of THC, CBD’s, and CBN’s are ever altering and it may possibly take some looking to locate the strain with the cannabis profile and chemical combination that works greatest for you. Just keep in mind that what you think about great Medical marijuana may possibly not be for the next person.

There are many costs associated with the average price of marijuana. The obvious costs of water, power, and man-hours are built into the price of marijuana. The other costs of doing business for your average urban farmer are planning for a fight with their government. So why is weed illegal?

How Much for Marijuana

This price is different for different reigns. There are now areas in the US where cannabis is decriminalized. The city of Denver is one such zone. Although you will be given a ticket in Denver for smoking cannabis in front of a policeman, the general public will not report your “crime”. The price range here is only for kind skunk or killer kush. Marijuana by the gram: $25.00 USD – or an ounce of weed will cost you $350.00 USD.

In other areas in the country where marijuana will still get you thrown in jail, the average price of marijuana is much higher, and the quality you get is “well – it gets you high”. You can find a 1/8 of an ounce of bobby brown weed for around $25.00 USD. And if you know where to get marijuana – the good stuff – you could pay $100.00 for 1/8 of an ounce for skunk kush.

Where can I find marijuana

This really isn’t too big of a question for most of the population. You should know where to get weed. Most of the American population is partaking of this wonder plant on a daily basis. If you’re thinking about trying synthetic bud because you don’t know where to get marijuana you should think again. It won’t be anything like marijuana and should be avoided. I know, there are those out there that are under marijuana testing and cant smoke the kush. Perhaps if I was in their shoes I might use the synthetic too.

Is Marijuana a Weed

Yes, the stuff does grow on trees. Where do you think the saying came from? So why is the average price of marijuana so high? It’s because marijuana is illegal. If the grower didn’t have to setup for a fight with the government – they could confidently hire employees, and contribute to solutions to the problems we have today. It grows like a weed and the government will never eradicate it.

Average Price of Marijuana

If cannabis was not illegal, even adding government tax that will surly follow the legalization of marijuana. The average price of marijuana would be below cigarettes. And just how cool would it be to walk into the local 7eleven and buy a pack of joints!

Everybody knows what weed is. I mean, it’s weed. Then again, if you start thinking about it, it gets more complicated than that. Is cannabis marijuana? If it is, then what is hemp? Why do they say that you can’t get high from hemp? What is medical marijuana? The terms cannabis, marijuana, and hemp are sometimes used to mean the same thing. But other times, they have different meanings. So, what is weed, anyway?

Cannabis

Cannabis is the general name of the plant, and there are three main species (if you care, they are Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica, and Cannabis ruderalis). Two of those, (again, if you care, C. sativa and C. indica), are most commonly used for consumer purposes (industrial, medicinal, and recreational). Many varieties come from these basic species. The plants have a fibrous stem, divided leaves, and two types of flowers (male and female). The parts of the plant and the products from the plant can be divided into two types: hemp and marijuana.

Hemp

Hemp, in general, is the name for the fiber from the stem of the cannabis plant. Some people use the word “hemp” to mean only the variety of plants low in the chemical THC (the stuff that gets you high). Industrial hemp comes from the huge Cannabis sativa plant, which can grow up to 20 feet tall. This plant is actually one of the oldest human agricultural products. People have been growing and using it for thousands of years.

Hemp is used for everything from rope to cloth to paper to building materials. There are houses made of hemp bricks! It is strong, and people claim that it is environmentally friendly, because it grows quickly and does not require a lot of pesticide spraying.

The word hemp is also sometimes used to mean cannabis seeds. When people call seeds hemp, they are usually talking about the seeds used in different kinds of food. Hemp seeds are used in many of the same ways that soybeans are used. Hemp can be used to make milk, cereal, and other food products that are not the edible drug kind.

Marijuana

Marijuana comes from the female flowers of the cannabis plant. The leaves are sometimes used, too, but that does not make for high-quality stuff. Weed, shwag, Mary Jane, grass, pot, call it what you want, marijuana is one of the world’s favorite drugs. It ranks up close in popularity to caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. That’s pretty amazing considering weed has no chemically addictive qualities. The best quality weed is usually from Cannabis indica or a variety of it, and ideally is purely the bud (dried flower).

The flowers have to be dried and correctly to get the most of the chemical that gets you high when you’re smoking pot. By far the most popular way to use weed for recreational purposes is to smoke it.

Weed is, of course, used for medicinal purposes as well as recreational ones. (Seriously, that’s not just an excuse to legalize it. Well, not only an excuse for legalization.) As of September 2011, 16 states plus Washington, DC have allowed some form of legalized medical marijuana. These states are: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. In most of these states, anyone with a prescription can have some form of dried or edible weed, and can often grow a limited number of plants also. If you’re wondering where to get weed, prescriptions aren’t hard to come by. Someone you know probably already has one.

Medicinal

Medical marijuana is used to treat many conditions. It is helpful to reduce nausea in patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments for cancer. It is used for glaucoma patients, and to treat anorexia (did it ever occur to you that the munchies could save lives?) It is also used to reduced seizures and shaking in some patients with conditions like epilepsy, MS, and Parkinson’s. It can reduce anxiety (no kidding) and is helpful in many other medical treatments.

So, what is weed? If you think about it, it’s one of the world’s most useful, and widely-used agricultural products. What else can you use to build a house, make your clothes, and cure what ails you?

You don’t have to look very hard if you know where to get weed. You can simply call a friend, or a relative. If you don’t know where to get weed or get weed on a regular basis, you might be surprised to find out that weed is plentiful though the “I know someone” network. You might even be more surprised to find that most people YOU, yes you know, partake of marijuana on a regular basis.

It really doesn’t matter what state you live in. The United States is the land of plenty. Simply get it from your fellow American. You can purchase the weeds from most people and it’s pretty open business. Most Americans that make a living at it usually make a comfortable living. After all it grows from seeds. Growing weed has been a gainful venture since early America.

How to get weed

There are a few ways you can get weed. You’ll find how to get weed isn’t going to be a hard question to answer; in fact – it will be quite easy. You’ll meet some good friends-for-life. And you’ll be enlightened by the extended perception the weed will give you.

Grow Weed

You could grow you own weed. The process takes only 4 months. If you grow indoors you can get a system running, also known as crop rotation then the weed will always be plentiful. This is the most magic weed of all marijuana. When you smoke pot that is of your own making the rewards are more then the high. Soon instead of asking where to get weed. You’ll be asking where to get seeds. This can be an additive hobby.

weed addiction

Where is weed legal

There are a few states in the US that are allowing growing and trading of marijuana. Most laws and shaped in such a way that you can’t really “sell weed” but you can take donations for your efforts. It’s all word play. Colorado and California lead the way in complete legalization of weed. You can usually find the best weed in these states. If you live in these states, you’ll find the marijuana market saturated. Magic weed is everywhere. You simply wont have to look hard to know where to get weed. It’s even in TV commercials on late night cable channels.

How much for an ounce of weed

It depends on where you buy, and if it’s the best weed ever. You can pick up some schwag for around $200.00 an ounce. You can pay as much for an ounce of weed as you would pay for your ipod. The price can get up towards $500.00 of the best weed, the magic weed. When you starting looking for an ounce of weed – you may consider to buy more then that. If you pool your money together with a few of your friends, you’ll have more buying power. The question will go from where to get weed to who to get weed from.

How much is a gram of weed

Most dispensaries are selling weed by the gram – or have a free joint offer. Most of the weed sold at this low volume is not considered kind or best weed. The prices range from $20.00 USD to $40.00 USD. People that are living paycheck to paycheck are the ones buying weed in this quantity. And of course – it’s the most expensive way. You can’t do much with a gram of weed. You can’t cook any brownies with it.

In my lifetime, I’ve always known where to get weed and was always easy to get weed. The more time marched on – the easier it was to score the magic weed, the less seeds the marijuana had. This has been the best weed ever. Hopefully one day where to get weed will be a question answered with “at the 7-11 duh!”. So if you need an ounce of weed or a gram of weed. You should keep America working, and buy your weed from an American.

So you just bought some weed, and you are fairly new to this. Can you go to your buds and tell them you scored some dank? Will they laugh at you because it’s schwag? What really is the difference?

Some people just take a whiff on the baggie to see if it’s good quality. This is a good indicator – but not always. You could buy some really stinky-stinky and not really cop a good buzz. Some pinch a bud see if it’s sticky or if a seed pops out.

There is only one thing on the plant that gets you high – trichromes; without those babies – you’re not feeling a thing. You can’t see the quality of those with the naked eye. And you can’t always feel them. The only way to really know is to take a look at them under a loop.

I have yet to see a buyer pull out a jewelers loop to look at the trichromes, but the grower will look at these as the plant grows, and use them as a indicator of when to harvest. Knowing what a skilled grower is looking for will help you decide if your happy sack is schwag or dank.

The Weed Grower

A grower who is aiming to give the patient or user a dank, superb, quality marijuana will only grow female plants. As she flowers, her flowers will ooze these trichromes. They ooze everywhere and end up on the leaf. Under a loop new trichromes are clear. They look like barbells standing on end, straight up at attention. They also look like sugar to the naked eye. That is where the name sugar-leaf came from.

As she ages, so do the trichromes. As they turn amber in color, it becomes time to harvest. This is all generalized as each strain of weed does different things in flower. Some trichromes are very sticky in nature, as others are oily. Generally if you look at your happy sack, and there are no stems seeds, and nothing but bud – you live in Colorado or California. You should always have dank.

Schwag is poor quality weed. You will find stems and seeds among brown leaf. This weed is given little care. Are started from seed. The grower only has profit in mind. They don’t care if the plant is male or female, or if they pollinate producing seeds. To them – this is only adding weight to their profit line.

When their crap crop stops growing – they start hacking them down – much like hay – and bricks them up for delivery. They don’t give any mind to drying or molding again only adding weight to their product.

Other names for schwag weed are:

Around Town Brown

Hippy grenade

Brick

Ditch weed

Leaf

Other names for Dank weed are:

Sticky icky icky

Sweet leaf

Kind

Fine bud

Killer Creeper

The Price

The other distinct the quality of your weed is by price. As the old saying goes – You get what you pay for. This is also true with dank marijuana. At discounts, you could find some real dank weed for around $400 ounce. Some think this price is high and they simply wouldn’t pay that much for marijuana. The other side of that argument for weed and for everything cheaper really – the schwag wont work as well and you’ll end up using more of it, which will soon outweigh what you saved by buying schwag.

You average price for and ounce of schwag is about $200, but will quickly go down in price by buying quantity. Now that you have your happy sack, you’ll need to take out all the nasties, and the non-smokables. When you get down you’ll quickly find the ounce of weed you bough is now only ¾ of an ounce of usable, smokable material.

The difference between the two different generalizations of weed is clear when you’ve done your homework. Always be proud of your weed. Always obtain it from a trusted local source.

Weed is one of many common names given to plants in the cannabis, or hemp, family. People also refer to the plant as marijuana, ganga and bud as well as numerous other slang terms. In the United States the term marijuana actually became predominant as part of the campaign during the early 20th century to outlaw cannabis consumption.

Some botanists and taxonomists argue that all varieties of the cannabis plant are members of the Cannabis sativa species. Other scientists maintain that Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica and Cannabis ruderalis are different species differentiated by their physical appearance and chemical composition. One reason for the controversy is that, despite their physical differences, all three forms of cannabis can interbreed. Cannabis sativa plants grow best in low-lying warmer climates. They tend to be taller with staggered branches. Hemp growers cultivate Cannabis sativa plants, often those that have been genetically altered to minimize the amounts of THC present. Cannabis indica is a shorter, bushier plant adapted to cooler climates. Cannabis ruderalis is a wild form found in Central Asia.

Cannabis is a dioecious plant; male and female forms are readily distinguishable from one another, though some plants possess both male and female flowers. The plants are wind pollinated and produce seeds. Weed contains two primary psychoactive chemicals: tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol. Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, produces the “high” effect that people associate with smoking cannabis. Cannabidiol, on the other hand, occurs in higher concentrations in indica plants and produces more of the physical sensation of relaxation associated with getting “stoned.” These two complementary weed effects form the basis for classifying cannabis strains. Sativa dominant plants induce more of a mental effect while indica dominant plants are prized for the physical sensations they produce.

Medical marijuana dispensaries grade hybrid strains of weed based on the relative concentrations of sativa and indica in the plant. TGA Genetics, a company that sells seeds for various medical marijuana strains has produced pure 50/50 hybrids like “Agent Orange” and “Crazy Train.” Sativa dominant strains range from “Jack’s Cleaner” with a 90/10 rating to “Cheese Quake” with a 55/45 rating. “Deep Purple,” 15/85 and “Querkle,” 20/80, are examples of indica dominant plants.

Humans have cultivated cannabis in one form or another for thousands of years. Beyond its usage for medicinal or recreation purposes, cannabis plants do produce extraordinarily strong fibers that are useful in cloth and rope. Cannabis seeds are also a rich source of protein for animal feed. Like all forms of plant cultivation, growing weed poses certain challenges. Cannabis plants have specific soil, water and nutrient requirements. Weed plants require a neutral to slightly acidic soil, which is actually why the plants lend themselves well to hydroponic growth. Weed grows optimally at 75-86° F and requires moderate amounts of water. Under artificial light cannabis plants do well with 16-20 hours of light per day until flowering, when the light regimen is cut back to twelve hours. Nitrogen is crucial during the growth stage while phosphorus is more important during flowering.

Germination can occur anywhere from 12 hours to a week after planting. For the next 1-4 weeks plants grow as fragile seedlings until they reach the vegetative growth phase, which is when they achieve the most vertical growth. Weed growers can “train” plants during this phase to achieve a shorter, denser canopy higher in cannabinoids by cutting or pinching the tops of plants. During the flowering stage growers control the fertilization and seeding of the plant. The strongest, most resinous buds are those of unpollinated female plants. These seedless (sinsemilla) plants produce the best weed. Weed plants that are grown with seeds are of lower quality and make up the majority of “schwag” on the illegal market.

The decriminalization and legalization of medical marijuana in parts of the United States has allowed consumers to enjoy higher quality weed at better prices than ever before. Dispensaries in states like Colorado and California offer a variety of ways to consume the plant. Edibles—food and drink that contains THC—and tinctures offer an oral route of consumption. Vaporizers and electronic cigarettes give users the option of inhaling without smoking. Smokers still use a variety of metal or glass pipes and bubblers.

The greatest plant known to all mankind is marijuana the weed. Known for it’s medical advantages this plant is used by many for personal and recreational usage. Either by smoking or by eating edibles containing a healthy amount of THC. A person can obtain the feeling of relaxation and comfort with some reported cases of paranoia. Weed is formed from the hemp plant that was highly used by the U.S government in World War 2. Shortly after was banned and considered illegal in all states. Many years later the plant was introduced back to the public as a form of medicine for prescribed patients. Marijuana can be grown in many different climates as long as there’s light and water. So, by having personal gardens one can self medicate.

Killing the plant is almost impossible not only do people need it they love it. Some of the greatest artist and musicians have admitted the importance of the magic weed that enhances musical and artist visions. No bud plant is alike and with all the strains over 250 and counting things only seems to be getting better. Weed is always changing and THC levels have become twice as high in the last ten years. There’s no one plant that has ever been the favorite because everyone has different effects because of emotional differences. We not only don’t think alike we all don’t smoke alike. Personalization the consuming marijuana is crucial and one must be careful because this is still a federal issue to be yet addressed even with all these dispensaries popping up.

Do you have a Medical Marijuana licenses? Would you get one? Well, I can’t answer that question but I can tell you there’s many pros and cons to this process. That’s a whole another column there; I had the great pleasures of sitting down with a local marijuana grower to discus this matter. While spending the day with a grower who chooses to be anonymous I’ve learned the process that makes the cannabis plant so effective. Many plants such as Saliva’s have been proven to make a person more energetic increasing creativity. While, Indicas can cause a person to become more relaxed and tired with the similarities of a pain reliever or muscle relaxer. Both will intensify the urge to eat and spread a great sense of joy and happiness. Which is the only thing contagious when it comes to the side affects of smoking weed. Pot comes from so many different growers and factories. Those here in the Midwest have reported to loving and favoring the strain Sour Diesel. Other U.S states very in quality and grade due to climate changes and personal experience in gardening.

All research has been proven to show the weed has no reported deaths while alcohol has and continues to kill millions of people. Tobacco has become one of the most addictive substances out, while marijuana has no reported or clinical proof to cause cancer unlike cigarettes. The moral of the story is that the cost to grow is low the demand of consumption is high. The positive affects to physical and mental mind state of a human have never been so high. In order to obtain a prescription for marijuana you must schedule an appointment with a doctor. The state of Colorado requires an additional $90 before getting a red card. We must all understand and be educated to the positives in using marijuana. In a manor that it’s beneficial to ones life and well-being. We must also understand the negatives to all things and weed is one that can sometimes be misunderstood and taken for granted. Becoming very expensive with known cases to cause short-term memory loss when under the influence of alcohol or pills.

In all chronic is to be used with caution and an open mind. There’s no one that can tell us no different so vote and be informed. Bring peace, love and unity to create a healthy culture with many beneficial factors.

Most people who smoke marijuana will tell you “their definition” of what great weed is. Always some type of story that begins “ Oh , this one time I was so high ….” ;nevertheless it is hard to say what is subjective or situational in these stories . In other words ,where the truth ends and the tale begins. People have their preferences Indica or Sativa and some even have a select strain that they swear by. There are cannabis cups and magazines that line up the best marijuana and even break down the percentage of THC. Don’t forget the hundreds of dispensaries and caregivers that claim that they have “the best” Marijuana. While there are so many sources saying the same thing, it seems there are too many different variables that make it tough to achieve set standards for grading and judging Marijuana. So how can you make the right choice when selecting your marijuana?

Each strain of Marijuana is made up of its own unique cannabinoid profile. Growers have done selective cross pollination to control the genetics of Marijuana plants and modify their cannabinoid profile. There have been many efforts to observe the cannabinoid profile of cannabis over time but the accuracy of those efforts are limited due to Marijuana being deemed illegal in many countries. Understanding basic strain lineage and the differences between Indica and Sativa can be a great start to finding the stain with the cannabinoid profile that fits your personal needs.

In the last couple years there have been a couple labs that have offered Marijuana testing. The tests include the following break down of cannibinoids- THC, CBD, and CBN percentages. THC ,or tetrahydrocannibinol, which is a psychoactive ingredient found in Marijuana that offers a host of remedies from pain relief to appetite stimulation. CBD- Cannabidiol-carboxylic acid another psychoactive cannabinoid generally giving a more stoney affect and has been known to help with some medical issues. CBN- cannabinol is a byproduct of THC degeneration. CBN’s are rare in fresh Marijuana as they are created when the THC is destroyed. This can happen from simple oxidation and light. CBN’s are only mildly psychoactive and you only want trace amounts in your bud. Some dispensaries have used these labs tests as a tool to allow their customers/ patients to see a more accurate calculation of Marijuana potency, but is it the same for everyone?

There are three different types of body types Endomorph, Mesomorph, and Ectomorph. Endomorphs are naturally larger people. They carry higher amounts of body fat and have a harder time loosing weight. Endomorphs generally have larger bone structures and a lower metabolism. For Endomorphs it may take larger amounts of smoking to get their desired results. Mesomorphs are naturally athletic and tend to be able to gain muscle and loose fat easily. A Mesomorph may fluctuate with it comes to the effects of Marijuana depending on their personal BMI (body mass index) and the rate of their metabolism. Ectomorphs are slim and petite and can loose weight with ease they usually have a higher metabolism. Ectomorphs are the most unique of the three, depending on their body weight can use larger amounts of Marijuana or extremely small amounts. The effects of Marijuana will vary for each body type depending on the daily THC and CBD intake as some people have created a higher tolerance from using Marijuana on a more frequent basis.

Relying 100% on Marijuana lab test results is not the best way to find great Marijuana. As THC degenerates the CBN’s are steadily increasing changing cannabinoids and creating a different type of cannabinoid profile which is not consistent to the lab results that have been provided. So if your caregiver has provided you with lab results that are older than a few days you can bet they are no longer relevant.

Knowing what to look for and what you’re looking at can make finding great Marijuana a lot easier! Opinions come from the left and the right; but the question remains “what is it we are looking at”? Everyone loves Marijuana’s visual appeal and how it sparkles in all of its glory! Part of picking the best buds is picking the prettiest. Some people count the crystals or tri-combs deeming the strain with the most, the best. Be sure you really know what you’re looking at as powdered mildew and left over spider mite nests are commonly mistaken for extra tri-combs. Take an extra minute to look over the buds to make sure they are as they first appeared to be. Purple buds can also be misleading to people without proper knowledge and understanding. The most common type of purple Marijuana found is a direct result of not properly regulating the temperature in the grow environment. Particularly, when the Marijuana plants are allowed to get too cold during their flowering cycle. Marijuana also can develop purple pigmentation when they are allowed to mature too long. Letting plants over mature causes the red chlorophyll within the plant to become more dominant as the green dies off. Do a background check of the strain’s profile before writing it off as just a grower’s mistake as there are purple phenotypes that are naturally found in some strains and make for a wonderful high.

The cure is one of the biggest mistakes growers fall victim to and the jury is out “does this effect potency”? “Yes”, it most certainty does according to many of the top growers in the industry! Curing lets the plant continue to dry slowly releasing moisture and allowing the cannibinoids to become psychoactive. Hang drying for a slow cure process evaporates 70-75% water out of the plant. Remember no one wants super dried out Marijuana either, there should always be about 10-15% moisture left in the weed. Quick drying or quick curing can lead to an unpleasant experience. Quick curing methods such as oven-drying traps the chlorophyll’s, starches, and nitrates in the plant’s cells making your Marijuana burn unevenly and taste awful or “green”. Quick cured Marijuana can also be commonly confused for an un-flushed harvest, which can result in similar smoking issues but from chemicals that were not flushed out during the final stages of flower. Bottom line is an improper cure can cause degradation to the cannabinoids, increasing CBN’s and making it potentially harder to smoke.

Growers may have started with a beautiful crop but by the time it gets to the shelf, where is the smell? You’ll know a good cure when you smell one! Plain and simple, properly cured marijuana is the kind you can smell through a bag! It’s key when sniffing out the best buds to remember that most strains have their own signature smell. Be wary of shops where all the Marijuana smells the same. When all the buds smell alike it is a sure way to note a bad curing job and it is typical in these situations that when one is done wrong they all are! The moisture and feel of the Marijuana will always follow a good smell in a proper cure, making for great smoke.

In essence knowing good marijuana, is knowing yourself and what it’s going to take for you to get that perfect smoke. It’s not the same for everyone and it never will be. The combinations of THC, CBD’s, and CBN’s are ever changing and it may take some looking to find the strain with the cannabis profile and chemical combination that works best for you. Just remember that what you consider good Marijuana may not be for the next person.
